Thank you for support and taking the time to provide feedback about your experience with your breeder and your new companion.  The American Harlequin Miniature Pinscher Club (AHMPC) maintains certain policies to guide the approved breeders with respect to standards of conduct expected in areas where improper acts and/or behavior could damage the reputation of both the breeder and/or AHMPC itself.  These policies serve as a cornerstone for a breeder’s accountability, responsibility to the health of the animals in their charge and respect to breeding, prospective owners and new owners of the puppies they produce, the Harlequin Miniature Pinscher breed (aka Harlequin Pinscher) and the use of the AHMPC name.
