The AHMPC does appreciate the hard work and the dedication that its breeder put into bettering the Harlequin Pinscher breed.  We do have an ongoing Breeder Appreciation Program that rewards breeders for being responsible, promoting ethical breeding practices and displaying professional conduct to other individuals, the AHMPC and the Harlequin Pinscher breed. 

Breeders receive points according to their actions and awards are given based on an accumulative point system.  One achievement award is for the Breeders to receive award badges which are located under each Breeder listing below.  Description of each achievement award badge is as follows:

• People’s Choice Badge. This badge is earned with an accumulative number of points of positive feedback from new owners.
• Genetic Heath Tested Badge. This badge is earned by receiving an accumulative number of points for having all breeding dogs’ genetic health tested, parental verified (where applicable) and submitted to the AHMPC.  Breeders also receive points for dogs that are Clear by parentage or Clear by lineage of the 1st and 2nd generations.
• Breed Expert Badge. This badge is earned by receiving an accumulative number of points from high rating (very knowledgeable) positive feedback from new owners, demonstrating exceptional knowledge of the Harlequin Pinscher breed to others and displaying professional advocacy for the breed on public platforms.  
• Professional Ethics Badge. This badge is earned by receiving an accumulative number of points of high rating positive feedback from new owners.  Points are also accumulated for professionally advocating too or for fellow breeders, the breed and/or the AHMPC.
• Breed Ambassador. Earned by receiving an accumulative number of total points AND all 4 of the badges above.
