Thank you for taking the time to provide information about your substandard experience with the American Harlequin Miniature Pinscher Club (AHMPC) or one of its breeders. 

The AHMPC strives to do all in its power to protect and advance the interest of the Harlequin Pinscher breed by maintaining and enforcing its Constitution and By-Laws, it’s Code of Ethics and Breeders Code of Ethics where needed.  ALL AHMPC members are expected to adhere to its by-laws and its club ethics invariably, but breeders are expected to manage themselves with respect to these by-laws and ethics and steer clear of improper acts and/or behavior that could damage the reputation of both the breeder and/or AHMPC itself.

The form below is provided to the public to submit relevant information and evidence that could harm the reputation of the AHMPC and/or its breeders.  It is also provided to receive the public’s suggestions or ideas of how to improve the AHMPC performance, it’s policies or its breeder’s ethics for the benefit of the Harlequin Pinscher breed.     Information provided maybe shared members of the AHMPC but will not be publicly shared.
